HR & Support Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and utilising a membership support ticket system known as Fresh desk. This software requires building to work seamlessly for our members needs. You will be responsible for the upkeep and management of the support tickets and were applicable seek answers from staff in the appropriate departments. Initially a great deal of time is required to build up the software however it is then a case of monitoring support tickets as and when.
Operations Manager
To oversee the general running of the VA and liase with upper management. Manage different departments when required. Must own a mic and headset for meeting purposes. Applicant must be conversant with the VA Standard Operating procedures, our terms and conditions and all Vamsys systems. The successful applicant will be expected to work on any department required and ensure a smooth operation. The successful applicant will be placed in charge of the area managers, event managers and would be expected to build a good working relationship with the Route Manager and the board.
Area Manager Australia-New Zealand
The successful candidate will be responsible for the routes and pairs within the area. All routes require updating throughout the year with new locations being added. You will work closely with the Routeing Manager who is your direct contact. Experience is preferred but not essential. The successful applicant must have a good knowledge of English for communication. You will also be required to attend training over a two day period and moving forward give two hours a week of your time to the VA.
Events Manager
Develop events and points system using the event builder within Vamsys. Must have experience with Photoshop or Gimp. Experience with the Vamsys events system is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Must be a full active member of the VA and own a mic and headset for meeting purposes. A max of two hours per week is required for this position.
Web Developer
Your primary task as a web developer will be to create reliable and high-performing Discord bot application can provide varies services to our end user.
As a web developer, you'll need to:

write code in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as PHP or JavaScript

design the architecture of the components of an application

decide on the best technologies and languages for the project
